It has been a while since I have blogged. What can I say? Life just gets in the way sometimes, you know? Although we often think the worst when we don’t hear from a friend in a while, I can assure you…I’m all good. I have been gearing up for my oldest daughter’s high school graduation as well as getting her ready for the next phase of higher education i.e. college (I’m silently screaming, btw). May seems to be a very busy month for most people with creeps, I mean, children. Also, in a more behind-the-scenes planning approach, I have been working on a few ideas and exciting new directions for this blog. Annnnnnnd, yes…I have absolutely made time for lots of relaxation, “me time”, and naps with my dude and pup because if I don’t get that in, I lose my shit. How ’bout you?
